Town located between protrusions and recesses in a coastal area bordered to the west by the Tyrrhenian Sea, 50 meters above sea level and a few kilometres from the Strait of Messina. Interesting are the Ruggiero Tower, the Ducal Palace and the churches of the Carmine and the Rosary. Its coasts, during the summer, are a destination for boating trips and fishing enthusiasts, and its beaches are a rare beauty. The mountains that surround the village are the natural seat for the cultivation of vines.
