Mediano Film Srl a Socio Sole is a startup in the world of cinema. However the producer Emanuele Bertucci, who holds 100% of the share capital, boasts a long entrepreneurial activity that has easily allowed him to range between various business sectors. It begins with a collaboration as a partner in the documentary film “Who killed Giovanni Losardo” directed by Giulia Zanfino.
He works on the creation of short duos for the screenplay and direction of Giulia Zanfino and a third with the screenplay by Valentina Gemelli and always directed by Zanfino.
The first truly ambitious project is to produce a TV series entitled Don’t call them heroes to tell ten of the most unknown or almost forgotten mafia crimes in an innovative way. Hence the intuition of asking Mondadori for the transfer of the film rights to the homonymous book by Nicola Gratteri and Antonio Nicaso which has sold almost seventy thousand copies. The cousin of the ten films, Cocò Campilongo, obtains funding from the Calabria Film Commission
Time of Day’s latest project houses an important historical documentary “L’Origine dei Bronzi” which, born from an idea of ​​Rai journalist Paolo Di Giannantonio, takes the troupe on tour, as well as in Calabria, to Riace and Reggio di Calabria, but in Greece in Argos in search of the “Origin of the Bronzes”.
There are already two other documentaries in the pipeline (naturalistic and historical genre), two feature films and a TV series generating romantic comedy.
