The seafront of Paola extends for 3.5 km in length, all passable both on foot (there is a bike path and pedestrian path) and with transportation. It overlooks the Tyrrhenian Coast of Calabria, in the area known as the Riviera dei Cedri. It is a among the most frequented summer destination by the inhabitants of the province of Cosenza. There are many beach clubs, some active only in summer.
